Roger J. Penner, B.Sc. (Geol.)
President, C.E.O., C.F.O., Director

Mr. Penner, a native Calgarian, has over 25 years of technical and managerial experience in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Mr. Penner has been the President of Drake Pacific Enterprises Ltd. since 2001. Prior to his work with DPE, Mr. Penner was a Senior Geologist and Senior Vice President with Nu-Sky Energy Inc. from 1995 - 2003. Mr. Penner also held technical roles at Sceptre Resources Ltd., Oakwood Petroleums Ltd. and other prominent oil and gas companies. Mr. Penner graduated from the University of Calgary in 1980 with a BSc. in Geology.

Sandra Towpich, B.A.
Vice-President, Corporate Secretary & Director

Mrs. Towpich, who has been with DPE since its inception, has been appointed to the various roles of Assistant Corporate Secretary in 1994, Director in 1998, Vice President in 1999 and Corporate Secretary in 2005. Mrs. Towpich, who is also the President of a private consulting company providing management services to clients since 1998, currently dedicates one hundred percent of her time to DPE, fulfilling management and administrative duties.

Neil Orr, B.Sc, M.B.A.
Vice-President, Business Development & Director

Mr. Orr has over twenty years of managerial and executive experience in a wide range of industries. Most recently, Mr. Orr was Vice President of Operations for Macon Resources Ltd., a Calgary-based oil and gas company. Some of Mr. Orr's previous positions include Project Manager, Budget and Planning, Head Office, Royal Dutch Shell, Netherlands, President of www.stormplay.org, Vice President Operations, Inuvialuit Development Corporation, and a Chief of Finance, United Nations, Ethiopia. Mr. Orr has a B.Sc. in Mathematical Sciences / Chemistry from the University of Alberta and an M.B.A. from the University of Alberta (partnered with the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration).

Dallas O. Hawkins, M.B.A.
Director

Mr. Hawkins has been a director since 2002. He is an independent businessman with an M.B.A. from Gonzaga University. His background is in financial and investment services as well as insurance and underwriting. He lives and works in Spokane, Washington, U.S.A.

Kevin Dretzka, B.B.A, M.S.
Director

Mr. Dretzka, is a private equity investor based in Los Angeles, California, where he has been active in biofuels, oil and gas exploration, real estate, international trade, and service company investments since 2004. From 1987 until 2004 Mr. Dretzka was a Managing Director of Eastdil Realty, a subsidiary of Wells Fargo which is the leading real estate investment banking firm in the U.S. Mr. Dretzka is a director of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association and Santa Monica/UCLA Medical Center; he is co- chairman of the Los Angeles Union Rescue Mission capital campaign. Mr. Dretzka received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science degrees from the University of Wisconsin.

Chris Bradley, CA
Director

Mr. Bradley is currently the President of Macon Resources Ltd., a Calgary-based company which works with junior oil and gas companies. Mr. Bradley has over thirty years of managerial and executive experience in the oil and gas industry with particular emphasis on finance. He has been employed with both large and small companies and has done extensive financial consulting in the industry.
